This is a medium density foam good for domestic seating cushions of 4" (10cm) or more in thickness. It makes a great replacement for a fibre filled cushion.

A quality, high density seating grade foam suitable for many applications, including sofa and upholstery seat cushions, dining seats, caravan bunks/seats and camper vans.
It is best for seating cushions between 3" and 4" (7.5-10cm) thick.
For thicknesses over 4" (10cm) we recommend our Medium or for higher quality Reflex Superior medium foam.

Very high density seating grade foam best suited to thinner cushions that are less than 3" (7.5cm) in thickness. For example window seats, quality dining seats, and vehicle seats. Widely used in the car industry and for mobility aids.

Reconstituted (also known as Recon) is a super firm contract seating foam used for wheelchairs, church kneelers, bar seating/stools and heavy weight packaging.
This is the 6lb type.

Heat sensitive, UK made visco-elastic polyurethane foam.
It softens with warmth, it will mould itself against a warm body within a few minutes. Holds its shape temporarily (a hand pressed into memory foam will leave a clear imprint for a short time).
Suitable for mattresses, mattress toppers, pillows, wheelchair cushions and medical related products.

A random piece of foam that may be fabricated out of multiple pieces. Not recommended for any specific application.

A soft-medium density foam, ideal for cot mattresses and also suitable for headboards, crafts, costumes and general use. Not suitable for seating. Does not contain arsenic, antimony, phosphorus, chlorofluorocarbons (CFCs) or pbdes.

A Dacron wrap protects the edges of the foam, acts as a filler, prolongs the foam's life and helps to prevent permanent creasing of the outer cover.
A FREE stockinette undercover is included.
We highly recommend polyfibre wraps with all upholstery foams.
Note: when measuring for cushions, please do not make any allowances for polyfibre wraps.
Wraps must be requested at the same time as your foam order.

A light weight, high impact packaging grade foam which is charcoal grey in colour. Suitable for many protective packaging applications, such as briefcases, equipment cases, cardboard/shipping boxes etc.

Our acoustic foam is good for soundproofing rooms and will greatly assist in reducing sound reverberation, reflections and flutter echoes in recording studios. Charcoal grey colour.
Comes as flat or convoluted / eggcrate at a fixed 40mm thickness.
